West End Multis Development Masterplan JGA

Client: Glasgow Housing Association Ltd

Options appraisal and masterplan proposal for the future of social housing in the Yoker, Scotstoun and Knightswood areas of Glasgow. The project examined the viability of various options for 14 blocks of multi-storey flats and their surrounding areas, and included extensive community and stakeholder consultation. The main improvements recommended in the masterplan have subsequently been implemented directly by GHA.
