Examining a range of GHA house types to identify the most cost effective ways of meeting 2010 Scottish Building Standards, and proposed changes in 2013 in terms of airtightness, energy efficiency and reduced CO2 emissions. Preparing alternative layout options and construction details to meet 2010 and 2013 regulations. Options costed to allow the client to make informed judgements for their bulk procurement programme.
