Member of the Glasgow Herald Property Awards judging panel (2010 - 2014).

Alison has more than 20 years’ experience as a chartered architect, with extensive experience in masterplanning and working with communities, conservation and housing design. She has a particular interest in accessibility and inclusive environments, designing for people with varying needs and is an NRAC Registered Access Consultant.

Alison is an ongoing member of the Glasgow Herald Property Awards Judging Panel and a member of the Glasgow City Council Building Control Customer Focus Panel.

She has extensive experience of using community consultation techniques to obtain maximum feedback and is highly skilled at managing the complex expectations of clients, funders and residents, while managing and motivating technical teams to deliver high quality projects.

Paul has almost 30 years’ experience as an architect in conservation, refurbishment and restoration work, as well as new build housing, community buildings and commercial projects.

His involvement in sustainable design has encompassed an active involvement in environmental and professional organisations since the 1990s, including his 7 years on the Board of Management of Friends of the Earth Scotland. He is currently a director of the Scottish Ecological Design Association (SEDA) and environmental education charity Talamh Life Centre and is a past-Chair of Hamiltonhill Allotment Association in North Glasgow, where he is an active plotholder.

As a registered BREEAM Ecohomes assessor, Paul draws upon his experience as an architect to advise on how to measure and improve the environmental performance of new and existing projects.
