New purpose built short stay accommodation for homeless teenagers. 14 bedsits with ensuite wet floor shower rooms and mini kitchens, staff sleepover accommodation, communal living and dining, training kitchen, ancilliary office and training rooms, as well as usable outdoor activity space. Fully accessible with lift access to all floors. Communal solar water heating and gas boilers provide underfloor heating throughout.
