Phase 2 delivers 96 newbuild homes across three sites, using off-site manufacture for external walls, floor and roof cassettes to reduce waste as well as ensure high levels of airtightness and construction standards. The project provides a mix of cottage flats, semi-detached, detached and terraced houses, as well as amenity flats with lift access.

Phase 3 provides 18 new homes, a mix of cottage flats and semis, as well as new shops units all for South Lanarkshire Council. This phase forms the new heart of Fernhill, continuing to deliver the vision of the masterplan.
