The first community building for Emmaus in Scotland, the project provides 24 bedsits, two self-contained flats, workshops and retail space with supporting facilities for homeless people. Energy efficient features include solar water heating, sunpipes and a woodfuel boiler providing communal heating throughout, cellulose insulation and sunspaces.
